Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
